At Mainstream, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our warehouse, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 7 business days.
